Expiration Dates

Gift Cards will never expire. The gift card comes preloaded with the dollar amount you purchased for your staff member. (Ie. - If you chose the Home Hotel Signature Suite Gift Package for $175, this total amount will be loaded on to the gift card). The Explore Pass program expires June 30, 2021. Encourage your recipient to redeem the pass prior to the date. This pass is included free with your purchase. Visit www.ExplorePass.ca to learn about redemption options.


- A gift card for a free night stay at either d3h Days Inn or Home Hotel. - One Explore Pass - A brochure - A customized letter - The purchaser is responsible for submitting cuztomized letter requests upon checkout. **If nothing is submitted we will use a generic template. - Everything neathly packaged in a matching envelope.

Gift Card Room Types

The room type that was purchased is clearly stated on the back of your gift card. If the specific room type is not available the front desk staff will do there best to place you in a room to meet your needs. It is pertinent to call ahead to ensure there is a room ready for you. Please note: Home Inn Express - Medicine Hat doesn't have Signature or Premium Suites all other Home Hotel locations do.

How to Redeem

Please call the hotel of choice to book your room stating that you have been gifted a gift-a-stay package, also share what room type you were gifted. The front desk agent will assign you a room based upon availability. Shipment Information
